RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is agreed, between Recreational Rentals, LLC as Leaser and the person below renting as lessee. That the leaser hereby rents and leases to the lessee that certain pontoon or outboard motor designated, upon the following condition:

  • Lessee acknowledges receipt of the pontoon/outboard motor in good condition.

  • Lessee represents that he/she is able to handle a pontoon/outboard motor.

  • Lessee acknowledges that the operation of a pontoon/outboard motor may carry with it certain risk of injury and hereby agrees to voluntary assume such risk.

  • Lessee agrees that he/she will be fully responsible for any damage or injury of any kind arising out of the operation of said pontoon/outboard motor and lessee shall hold harmless and indemnify lesser against all such damages or injury claims or losses.

  • To pay the rental and other charges as listed below.

  • To keep said pontoon/outboard motor locked in a safe place when unattended.

  • To be sole operator of said pontoon/outboard motor.

  • Not to operate said pontoon/outboard in a negligent manner or in violation of any law.

  • To pay for all damages and losses to said pontoon/outboard motor during term of this lease.

A) A filled-out, signed major credit card slip will be retained by the lesser as a deposit for damages and losses.
B) Above mentioned slip will be returned to lessee upon visual inspection of pontoon/outboard motor by the lesser reasonable wear and tear accepted.
C) If lessee does not have a major credit card, five hundred dollars cash will be required per pontoon/outboard motor as a deposit for damages and losses.

  • Not to authorize any repairs to said pontoon/outboard motor without consent of lesser.

  • To use proper gas and oil as fuel in said pontoon/outboard motor.

A) Lessee is responsible for the cost of all gas and oil used. pontoon/outboard motor will be "topped-off" and lessee charged accordingly.

  • To pay the lesser the amount indicated as the value of the pontoon/outboard motor if not returned. The information supplied below is true and correct.

  • There will be no deductions if lessee is unable to start the pontoon/outboard motor or operate it satisfactorily.

  • Lesser reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time and demand immediate return of said pontoon/outboard motor.
